CONDITION

• There is no accident damage whatsoever. The vendor has reported one very small dent on the left rear quarter.
• The Frozen Dark Red paint is in good condition, with a small scratch noted on the right rear door. There are some minor stone chips around the front end commensurate with the mileage, but the front end is covered with paint protection film, so these chips are on the PPF and not the paint.
• There are some minor signs of use on the seat bases, but no significant wear on the Smoky White leather upholstery. The dashboard and door panels are all in great shape, as is the Alcantara headlining.
• There are no known electrical faults.
• The first MOT test will fall due on 9 August 2021.

SERVICE HISTORY

• The important running-in service was completed on schedule in August 2018.
• A full major service took place in July 2021 at 26,087 miles.
• In May 2021 at 23,530 miles, the rear brake pads and brake fluid were renewed by Bowker BMW Preston. In November 2019, it had its first full engine oil and microfilter service, and in August 2019 the front brake pads were changed.
• A full service history is provided, with all work carried out on schedule.
