KEY FACTS

A vibrant and excellently presented one-owner example of the sensational track-focused supercar.
This GT3 RS is understood to be one of only two examples in the Middle East finished in Paint-to-Sample Signal Green, and its paintwork is protected by PPF.
Under the engine cover sits a 4.0-litre naturally aspirated flat-six, delivering 493bhp to the rear wheels via a seven-speed PDK automatic transmission with paddle shift.
It is covered by a Porsche Approved Warranty, which is valid until August 2023, and has been serviced by Porsche Al Nabooda Automobiles annually from new.
The odometer shows 19,700 kms.
In November 2022, it was treated to a completely new application of Xpel Fusion PPF.

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

This example is finished in Paint-to-Sample Signal Green over a black leather and Alcantara cabin highlighted by Acid Green stitching, carbon-fibre trim, and a satin black roll cage.
It rides on a set of satin black 20-inch front and 21-inch rear centre-lock alloy wheels, housing yellow callipers and shod with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres.
The factory specification includes PCM with satellite navigation, cruise control, a trip computer, Sport Chrono, Porsche Sports Exhaust, carbon-fibre bucket seats, and the front axle-lift system.
Accompanying the sale is the original owner’s book pack, a raft of service invoices and paperwork, and a warning triangle.

CONDITION

The original Signal Green paintwork is reported to be in excellent order. From February 2018 onwards it was protected by Xpel Ultimate PPF, and in November 2022 this was replaced with completely new Xpel Fusion PPF.
No notable blemishes are visible on the alloy wheels, and the tyres are reported to date from 2018.
The original black leather and Alcantara interior is in superb condition, with only some very faint creasing on the driver’s seat bolsters.
There are no known mechanical or electrical faults.

SERVICE HISTORY

The most recent service was carried out in June 2022 at 18,963 kilometres, when Porsche Al Nabooda Automobiles carried out an inspection and oil change, and also replaced the brake fluid, spark plugs, and air filter. It also had a PDK clutch bleed and oil change, and the drive belt was checked.
Prior this, in August 2021 at 18,312 kilometres, Porsche Al Nabooda Automobiles replaced the engine oil, oil filter and air filter; and the same dealer carried out a major service in June 2020 at 14,869 kilometres, with new spark plugs and drive belt.
Porsche Al Nabooda replaced the air conditioning regulator in March 2021 at 17,088 kilometres, and the front and rear PCCB brake pads in February 2018 at 9,497 kilometres.
Porsche Approved Warranty cover valid until August 2023 also provides peace of mind for the next owner.

Bij de verkoop zijn het originele boekwerk van de eigenaar, een heleboel onderhoudsfacturen en papierwerk en een gevarendriehoek inbegrepen.

CONDITION

De originele Signal Green lak is naar verluidt in uitstekende staat. Vanaf februari 2018 werd het beschermd door Xpel Ultimate PPF, en in november 2022 werd dit vervangen door volledig nieuwe Xpel Fusion PPF.
Er zijn geen noemenswaardige onvolkomenheden zichtbaar op de lichtmetalen velgen, en de banden stammen naar verluidt uit 2018.
Het originele zwarte leder en Alcantara interieur is in uitstekende staat, met alleen wat vage vouwen op de rugleuning van de bestuurdersstoel.
Er zijn geen mechanische of elektrische storingen bekend.

ONDERHOUDSGESCHIEDENIS

De meest recente onderhoudsbeurt werd uitgevoerd in juni 2022 bij 18.963 kilometer, toen Porsche Al Nabooda Automobiles een inspectie en olieverversing uitvoerde, en ook de remvloeistof, bougies en luchtfilter verving. Er werd ook een PDK-koppeling ontlucht en olie ververst, en de aandrijfriem werd gecontroleerd.
Daarvoor, in augustus 2021 bij 18.312 kilometer, verving Porsche Al Nabooda Automobiles de motorolie, het oliefilter en het luchtfilter; en dezelfde dealer voerde in juni 2020 bij 14.869 kilometer een grote onderhoudsbeurt uit, met nieuwe bougies en aandrijfriem.
