2015 BMW M4 CONVERTIBLE - MANUAL

This 2015 BMW M4 is a superb example of a well-rounded machine from the marque’s M division, presented with low mileage and in very good condition. Under the bonnet sits a twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre straight-six engine producing 425bhp and 400lb-ft of torque, paired with the sought-after six-speed manual transmission. The odometer currently indicates 32,273 miles from new.

First registered in July 2015, this M4 has just one previous keeper, though the most recent private owner acquired the car in November 2015. It is now offered for sale by the trade.

The bodywork of this M4 presents well, with flush shut lines, smooth panels and no suggestion of any worrying damage. The only known section of non-original paint is to the bottom of the front bumper, where the previous owner grazed it and it was treated to a smart repair. The rubber splitters below it were also replaced. Overall, the condition of the Silverstone Blue paintwork is described as excellent, with just a few small stone chips on the front bumper and lower bonnet, and some on the lower rear quarter panels. There is also a very light scratch on the nearside rear bumper, which would almost certainly polish out.

All of the body trims, headlight lenses and M badging appear as they should, while the car rides on 19-inch ‘Style 437M’ double-spoke alloys, which sit in front of blue M-badged brake callipers. The wheels are in superb condition, with no kerbing damage or paint blemishes.

Moving inside, the black Merino leather covering the seats remains in excellent condition, with just some slight creasing and minor wear to the outer seat bolsters. The cabin comes equipped with heated seats, satellite navigation, cruise control, front seat lumbar adjustment, as well as dual-zone climate control. The vendor has reported no issues with the switchgear and no warning lights present on the dashboard.

The last service was undertaken in February 2020 at 29,421 miles, where a BMW main dealer changed the engine oil and filter, before fitting a new micro-filter and air cleaner element. Prior to this, in April 2019 at 23,108 miles, the brake fluid was replaced on top of the standard oil service. The vendor reports that there is very slight judder under heavy braking, which is barely noticeable – so may be down to slightly uneven brake disc wear.

The most recent MOT test was on 18 August 2020 at 31,913 miles, which resulted in a clean pass with no advisories. The wheels are wrapped with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres all round, in the correct fitment of 255/35/R19 at the front and 275/35/R19 at the rear. The vendor notes these are nearly new and remain in excellent condition.

Accompanying the vehicle are the original owner’s manual, infotainment manual, first aid kit and the full factory toolkit, including a towing eye, spanner and the locking wheel nut.

This BMW M4 Convertible is an excellent ‘everyday’ performance car, which benefits from regular servicing and boasts a great specification.
