This Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Cabriolet is a superb example of the all-season contemporary sports car, provided with full Porsche service history from new and presented in impressive condition throughout. It is powered by a 3.8-litre naturally aspirated flat-six, producing 394bhp, with four-wheel drive via a seven-speed PDK transmission. The odometer currently shows 38,044 miles.

First registered on 30 June 2014, this 991-generation Carrera 4S Cabriolet features the full SportDesign body kit, including the lesser-seen ‘ducktail’ rear spoiler, and is finished in GT Silver over a black leather interior. The car was also specified with a number of desirable options, including Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), the Sport Chrono Package and heated six-way adjustable electric seats. Its logbook lists three previous keepers, and it was acquired by the seller two years ago.

As you would hope for a car of its age, this Porsche’s shapely bodywork is in excellent condition, with no evidence of any prior accident damage. The GT Silver paintwork is also in great shape, and while there are a few minor stone chips on the front bumper and the passenger-side door mirror, this is in line with this 911’s road use. The optional SportDesign body kit – comprising a unique front apron and the distinctive ‘ducktail’ rear spoiler – gives the car an even more purposeful aesthetic, further enhanced by a set of clear tail lights. The electrically operated convertible hood is very smart, fitting snugly over its frame with no damage or discolouration. The car rides on a set of 20-inch Carrera S alloy wheels, which are finished with gloss black paintwork and are unmarked.

Stepping inside, the cabin presents very well indeed, and is trimmed in smooth black leather, which covers the seats, centre console, door cards and dashboard. The upholstery is in fantastic order throughout, with no signs of damage and only minor creasing to the driver’s seat bolsters, commensurate with the car’s age. The bright aluminium trim, which accents the door cards and dashboard, is also in excellent condition. Its black carpets are in good order, having been protected by a set of floor mats. The main touchpoints, including the aluminium-spoked SportDesign steering wheel and PDK transmission lever present well, and there are no signs of wear to any of the car’s buttons or switches.

Factory-fitted equipment includes heated and electrically adjustable seats, climate control, front and rear parking sensors, satellite navigation and a premium Bose sound system. All of the interior controls and electrical items are reported to work without fault, and there are no warning lights displayed on the dashboard.

Exclusively serviced by Porsche main dealers from new, this Carrera 4S remains in outstanding mechanical order. Its most recent routine maintenance was carried out in July 2020 at 34,257 miles by Porsche Centre Tonbridge. A sixth-year service, this included replacement of the engine oil and oil filter, as well as the brake fluid. Prior to this, the oil, brake fluid and spark plugs were changed in June 2018 at 14,502 miles, while Porsche Centre Wilmslow carried out a general oil service in August 2016 at 9,061 miles.

Furthermore, the car is currently under a Porsche renewable warranty until the end of March. The vendor notes that a drivebelt service is required to extend this, and they are hoping to have this carried out prior to handover to its next owner – however they would also be willing to cover the cost of the service if this is not possible.

This 911’s last MOT test was conducted on 5 March 2021 at 38,043 miles, resulting in a first-time pass without a single advisory. All four of its alloy wheels are fitted with Pirelli P Zero tyres, which date to between 2017 and 2019 and have 3mm-6mm of usable tread remaining.

This open-top sports car will be accompanied by its original book pack including its stamped service book, plus documentation of its service history and past MOT test certificates issued during the seller’s ownership.
