KEY FACTS

• A one-owner example of a rare modern performance hero, which has been fastidiously maintained.

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

• This example is finished in the model’s vibrant launch colour of Valencia Orange, over a black Boston leather cabin with synthetic suede on the instrument cluster surround, gear lever gaiter, handbrake gaiter and door cards. The black interior is punctuated by orange contrast stitching, with the M tricolour featuring on the steering wheel stitching.
• Options include the BMW Professional Media package with single CD player and MP3 playback capability, CD changer preparation, Bluetooth hands-free facility, a Harman/Kardon sound system, a USB audio interface, electrically folding and automatically dimming exterior mirrors, adaptive Xenon headlights, sun protection glass, and heated front seats.
• Included in the sale are the factory-supplied tool pouch, one remote key, and the stamped service book with supporting BMW printouts.

CONDITION

• There is no known bodywork damage.
• The Valencia Orange paintwork is in very good condition, and the front end of the car is believed to have been resprayed in the past. There are a few minor stone chips to the front end of the vehicle commensurate with its age and mileage, including on the door mirror caps and underneath the offside front headlamp, as well as a couple of small scuffs under the driver’s-side tail light and on the boot lid.
• The original 19-inch alloy wheels are in good order, with no significant marks or kerb scuffs.
• Inside, the cabin is very smart. There are only some light signs of wear to the driver’s seat, steering wheel, and passenger seat back.
• There are no known mechanical or electrical faults.
• The car’s last MOT test was conducted in June 2021 at 93,318 miles, which it passed first time with two advisories listing a chip in the windscreen and a minor oil leak.
• The oil leak has since been rectified by BMW specialist Munich Legends, and the vendor states that they have been unable to locate the windscreen damage cited as no significant chips are visible.  

SERVICE HISTORY

• This 1M Coupe was most recently serviced in July 2021 at 93,490 miles by BMW specialist Munich Legends, who performed an oil change and Vehicle Check service. They also refilled and bled the power steering system, renewed the gaskets for the oil filter, oil cooler and sump, and replaced some of the light bulbs.
• In June 2020, a brake fluid service and MOT test were performed at 89,546 miles by Dick Lovett BMW. Prior to this, Dick Lovett BMW replaced the oil and filter, air filter and spark plugs in February 2020 at 89,046 miles.
• The vendor states that the car visited Park Lane BMW in August 2021 at 93,586 miles for an open recall and returned with a clean health check report.
