2010 PORSCHE 911 (997) SPORT CLASSIC

KEY FACTS

• A superb example of a very rare limited edition Porsche 911, with retro styling elements, and representing one of just 250 cars built.
• The Sport Classic is powered by the 402bhp Power Kit version of the 3.8-litre naturally aspirated flat-six, coupled to a six-speed short-shift manual transmission.
• An original UK-market example, this car is number 127 of the 250, and remains in excellent condition with just 6,941 miles from new.

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

• The Sport Classic featured the rear-wheel drive Carrera S running gear in the wide body of the four-wheel-drive model, with a bespoke ‘double bubble’ roof, revised front and rear bumpers and side skirts, and the iconic ‘ducktail’ rear spoiler.
• All examples were finished in the same colour scheme of Sport Classic Grey over smooth-finish Espresso brown leather with woven leather and fabric panels.
• They were equipped with 19-inch Fuchs alloy wheels, with gloss black ‘petals’ and polished rims.
• Standard equipment included ceramic brakes (PCCB), and the Sport chassis pack that comprised a limited-slip differential, and a 20mm lower ride height with revised spring and damper rates. The short-shift gearbox kit was also fitted.
• This car also features light grey Alcantara headlining, cruise control, climate control, heated front seats, and PCM with navigation.

CONDITION

• There is no known bodywork damage.
• Its Sport Classic Grey paint finish is in superb order, as shown in the gallery below, with no significant marks or blemishes.
• Inside, there is very slight surface wear on the driver’s seat outer bolster, but overall the cabin still looks wonderful, in line with its low mileage.
• There are no known electrical or mechanical faults.
• The most recent MOT test was on 26 September 2021, which was a first-time, clean pass. This 911 has never failed an annual MOT test.

SUMMARY

This Porsche 997 Sport Classic is a collector favourite, blending numerous desirable options in a stylish package that features bespoke bodywork and a model-specific colour scheme.
