EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

• Equipped with the S7MA-code ‘Competition Package’, the CS used the more expensive and track-focused CSL’s quicker steering rack, lightweight 19-inch alloy wheels, uprated brakes and M Track mode button.
• This M3 is finished in Silver Grey metallic over a vibrant Imola Red leather interior with Alcantara steering wheel and silver touches on the dashboard, door cards and gear lever surround.
• Included in the factory specification are electrically adjustable heated front seats with three-position driver’s seat memory, automatic xenon headlights, Park Distance Control, and an anti-dazzle rear view mirror.
• The car is accompanied by the original service book and documentation wallet, invoices for additional work undertaken from 2014 onwards, two keys and partial toolkit.

CONDITION

• There is no known accident damage. Refurbishment has been undertaken to address corrosion on the offside rear wheel arch, and the bonnet and both bumpers have been resprayed to correct some damage caused by stone chips. The vendor states that the previous keeper also replaced the offside front wing under the corrosion warranty.
• The 19-inch alloys present very well having been replaced with original BMW items approximately 800 miles ago. New wheel bolts and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres were also fitted.
• The Silver Grey metallic paintwork presents very well overall, with a couple of minor stone chips on the offside wing mirror, nearside wing mirror stem, front bumper and grille. Part of the black rear window trim has started to flake, there is some minor bubbling to a small area of paint on the nearside rear wheel arch, and there is some evidence of oxidation under the paint of the driver’s side wing mirror.
• The original Imola Red leather interior is in good condition, save for some modest creasing on the leather seats, and a few small indentations on the rear seats. There are also some light scratches on the aluminium trim around the front and rear passenger-side armrests, and some slight discolouration on the black centre armrest and driver’s seat bolster.
• The only known fault is that the electrical boot lid catch is non-functional, so the boot will only open manually or via the key remote.
• The last MOT test was performed in April 2021 at 87,757 miles, when the car registered a clean first-time pass.

SERVICE HISTORY

• The last service was performed by the owner in August 2021 at 88,227 miles, who changed all four brake discs, pads and hoses, the brake fluid, coolant, engine oil and filter, and LSD oil. The owner also replaced the front brake callipers and refurbished the rears. Finally, a sample of the oil was sent for engine wear analysis, which was deemed satisfactory.
• Prior to this, Eastern BMW carried out an Inspection II service in November 2020 at 87,423 miles, which included a vehicle health check and inspection, adjustment of valve clearances, replacement of the rear springs, nearside rear driveshaft, rear heat shield, gearbox oil, fuel filter and driver’s airbag. They also performed a four-wheel alignment and battery diagnosis.
• In June 2020 at 87,016 miles, the owner replaced the spark plugs, air filter, cabin filter, auxiliary belt, air conditioning belt, tensioners and pulleys, track rod ends, and power steering rack gaiters.
• The battery has been replaced with a new BMW part, and the power steering pump has also been replaced.
