CONDITION

  • During the car’s time with the seller they have had its front end resprayed to rectify various stone chips, and the front splitter has been replaced with a genuine Porsche part.
  • Today, the Arctic Silver Metallic paintwork is in fantastic condition for its age, and has been fully detailed and covered in a protective ceramic coating.
  • The exterior trim also presents very well, and the headlight lenses remain clear and free of any hazing.
  • Inside, the cabin is in great shape, with some minor wear on the front seat bolsters and some light discolouration on the leather-wrapped gear knob.
  • There are no known electrical or mechanical faults, and there are no warning lights showing on the dashboard.
  • The car’s last MOT test was conducted on 15 January 2021 at 65,141 miles, resulting in a clean, first-time pass.

SERVICE HISTORY

  • This Carrera 4S’ most recent routine maintenance was a major service and mechanical refresh, which was undertaken in October 2020 at 65,042 miles by independent Porsche specialist Williams Crawford, who replaced the IMS bearing and seal, as well as the clutch, dual-mass flywheel and camshaft seal cover, before changing the engine oil and filter.
  • Prior to this, the car was serviced in May 2020 at 64,513 miles by marque specialist Purely9, who changed the engine oil, oil filter, air filter and pollen filter, re-gassed the air conditioning system and replaced the side repeater bulbs.
  • During the seller’s ownership the engine mounts, control arms, gear linkage cables and expansion bottle cap have been replaced and a four-wheel alignment has been carried out.
