This Porsche 996 Turbo is presented in superb condition, and is a great high-performance all-rounder. Under the engine lid is a twin-turbocharged 3.6-litre ‘Mezger’ flat-six, driving all four wheels via a six-speed manual transmission. The odometer indicates 98,900 miles.

The 911 was first registered in September 2004, and has just three previous keepers on the V5C. It has been with the vendor for nearly seven years.

The bodywork is reported to be in excellent condition, with no known prior damage to any of the panels. Its Seal Grey paint finish has been resprayed on the front bumper to keep it looking as pristine as possible. All four 18-inch ‘Turbo Twist’ alloys are in great shape, with no kerbing marks, having been refurbished by leading specialist Lepsons.

In the cabin, the black leather upholstery wears its mileage very well, with minimal wear and creasing, and certainly no rips or tears. There are minor nicks and superficial scratches on some of the interior plastics as you would expect, but overall the interior looks very smart for its age. Features include heated front seats, climate control, PCM, a CD changer, and aluminium inlays for the gear knob and handbrake lever. There are no known electrical faults.

Its last scheduled service was in November 2020, carried out by Star-Tec in Surrey, which was a minor maintenance visit. Prior to this it was serviced in August 2018 at 85,364 miles at Porsche specialist Prestige Autotechnik, which included new spark plugs, and in May 2016 at 81,908 miles by the same specialist. In 2020, Star-Tec also renewed the offside front wheel bearing assembly. At 90,553 miles, the 911 Turbo was fitted with a new clutch at Porsche specialist Nine Excellence.

The most recent MOT test was on 10 July 2020 at 90,553 miles, which resulted in a first-time pass with only one advisory regarding wear to the front inner brake discs. All four Pirelli P Zero tyres are in good condition, with around half their usable tread depth left.

Accompanying the car is the original leather pouch and full book pack, including the stamped service record as shown in the gallery. There is also a raft of old receipts and invoices, plus the original tools and tyre inflation kit.

This Porsche 996 Turbo is a great example of the acclaimed all-season supercar, which boasts the ever-popular combination of a Mezger flat-six and a manual transmission, as well as a smart factory colour scheme. It has evidently been well-cared for given its cosmetic condition and solid maintenance and MOT history, and is now ready for many more miles in the care of its next owner.
