CONDITION

• The bodywork presents in very good condition, and the front bumper is known to have been repaired in March 2007 following a collision with a hare.
• Its Arena Red paintwork is in generally excellent condition for its age, having been rust-treated and resprayed in 2016. The area around the windscreen was treated and painted again in 2019.
• Having covered around 15,000 miles since the respray, the finish does has a few small blemishes, including small scuffs on the rear bumper and a number of small stone chips on the nose and door mirror covers.
• All four 18-inch wheels are unmarked, having been recently refurbished.
• Inside, its black leather upholstery has been re-connolised since the seller bought the car, and now presents with just some light creasing.
• No electrical faults have been detected.
• The most recent MOT test was on 18 February 2021 at 98,248 miles, which was a pass with advisories to monitor a non-excessive oil leak, some worn suspension and anti-roll bar bushes, a misting of oil on the offside front damper, wear to the front brake discs, and some play in the nearside front steering rack joint and offside rear outer track rod end ball joint.

SERVICE HISTORY

• This 993’s last routine maintenance was carried out in February 2021 at 98,247 miles by Porsche specialist JMH Automotive. As well as the usual service items, this also included replacement of one of the brake hoses, the windscreen washer one-way valve and one of the track control arms.
• Prior to this, JMH Automotive performed an annual service in January 2020 when the rear passenger-side brake flexi hose, connecting pipe and CV boot were replaced; and in February 2019 when both of the front brake flexi hoses and a number of the brake pipes were also renewed.
• New Dansk exhaust silencers were fitted at 100,194 miles, and the brake callipers have recently been refurbished.
