KEY FACTS

  • A handsome example of the sought-after modern classic sports car, which has been doted on by its current owner and is presented in excellent mechanical health.
  • Under the engine lid is the 272bhp 3.6-litre air-cooled flat-six, which drives the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission.
  • An original C16-code UK-market example, this Carrera was first registered in January 1995 and was acquired by the seller five years ago.

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

  • This 993-generation 911 Carrera left the factory finished in the elegant hue of Polar Silver Metallic with contrasting Midnight Blue leatherette upholstery, though the interior has since been retrimmed in light grey ‘Marble’ leather.

  • While it is almost entirely standard, this 911 has been fitted with a Carrera S rear spoiler, which features a two-piece grille in the body colour for a sleeker look.
  • The car will be accompanied by its original owner’s manual and radio instruction book, as well as a service book which has been stamped from 1998 to 2015, partial service history from 2005 to 2016 and every invoice for its maintenance from 2017 to the present day.
  • Furthermore, the car’s correct space-saver spare wheel and tyre, tyre inflator, and tool wrap will also be included.

CONDITION

  • There is no known bodywork damage, save for one very small dent just above the rear driver’s-side wheel arch.
  • Repairs were carried out in October 2020 to remove corrosion which had developed around the front and rear windscreens.
  • The Polar Silver paintwork is now in very good overall condition, with a few small marks around the car, including light scratches on the lower section of the front bumper, a blemish below the rear reflector panel and a small scuff on the passenger-side of the rear bumper.
  • Inside, the cabin has been retrimmed and is in good shape, though there are a few small cuts in the base of the passenger seat, and some light wear and discolouration on the driver’s seat outer bolster.
  • There are no known electrical or mechanical faults, nor are there any warning lights showing on the dashboard.
  • This 911’s last MOT test was conducted on 6 January 2021 at 96,270 miles, resulting in a clean, first-time pass.
