CONDITION

• The paintwork is described as being in excellent condition for its age, with a glossy finish across the panels. There are a few marks on the car, including stone chips on the wing mirrors, and a few around the front end, notably on the nearside front headlamp lens.
• The car’s shut lines all present well, and the door jambs also appear to be in good order. There is a small dent below the driver’s side door handle.
• All of the rubber seals around the windscreen and side glasses look sound, though the driver’s side door rubber has started to split along the bottom edge.
• Its folding roof mechanism works correctly, and the soft top fits snugly. The rear plastic screen is in great condition, and the headlining also presents smartly.
• The original interior is trimmed in Linen leather piped in dark blue, which is in generally good condition but is showing signs of fair usage in line with the mileage. There are some marks and cracks on the leather seats, though this could undoubtedly be improved by a professional re-connolising treatment.
• There are no known electrical faults.
• The most recent MOT test was on 15 June 2021 at 115,089 miles, which resulted in a first-time pass with no advisories or defects. The rear tyres are just a couple of years old, and while the front tyres are date-coded to 2008, they still have plenty of tread.

SERVICE HISTORY

• In June 2021, the engine oil was changed, a new oil filter was fitted, and two oil leaks were rectified on the valve cover gaskets with these items replaced. A new battery was also installed, with this work being carried out at Quattro Motor Company in Dorset.
• Prior to this, the car was seen by independent Porsche specialist Silvertune in April 2019 for a minor service and inspection. Adjustments were made to the centre console and gear lever, a fuse short was rectified, and two new rear tyres were fitted.
• The vendor understands that the engine and transmission were rebuilt sometime prior to his ownership.
