The registration marks ‘WH03 SPY and WH05 SPY’ are eye-catching modern style plates. The former can be assigned to any car first registered from 1 March 2003, while the latter - WH05 - can go on any car registered from 1 March 2005. They are currently held on V778 Retention Certificates.
