An astonishing item for any serious Ferrari aficionado, this is a remarkable set of every Ferrari Yearbook from 1951 through to 1970 inclusive. While initially published annually, a ‘triple edition’ was issued covering 1968, 1969 and 1970, which means that this set of 18 books is complete.
The Ferrari Yearbook was a limited-edition publication covering the marque’s new road and race cars for that year, as well as detailing and editorialising its motorsport accomplishments. The books feature wonderful artwork, hundreds of high-quality images, and insightful articles, and represent the ‘official’ record of Ferrari’s activity each year.
While the modern versions of the Yearbook were printed in large numbers and widely available, these early books are coveted collectables, with print runs of only 2,000 for the earliest books included here, up to around 3,500 for the later editions.
Individual examples of the Yearbooks are sought-after items in their own right, but a complete collection of original books from this era - not to be confused with later reprints - is incredibly hard to find. All of the books offered here are in good condition, with some excellent examples among the mix. There is some binding wear, spine roll, blunted corners, and fading, which is evident in the detailed photos below.
An remarkably rare set of official books, these Ferrari Yearbooks covering the period from 1951 through to 1970 are an unmissable item for any fan of Maranello’s creations, and could also make a unique and treasured gift for a loved one.
