2019 SUZUKI JIMNY SZ4

This 2019 Suzuki Jimny SZ4 is a fantastic example of the well-loved compact 4x4, which was discontinued in passenger car guise across Europe due to tightening emissions regulations. It is powered by a 1.5-litre inline-four petrol engine putting out 100hp to all four wheels via a five-speed manual transmission. This example shows just 4,053 miles on the odometer.

First registered in May 2019, this Suzuki Jimmy was purchased by the vendor from the original owner. Presented in SZ4 specification; the car benefits from automatic front lights, cruise control, air-conditioning, and Bluetooth connectivity. The Jimny boasts impressive off-road ability, putting plenty of more expensive off-roaders to shame.

On the outside, the white paintwork presents in excellent condition with no signs of damage or any marks, while this particular vehicle benefits from the roof having been wrapped in contrasting black, which looks fantastic. There is no denying that this pint-sized off-roader has road presence and character in spades. The rugged black exterior plastics are all in fantastic condition with no scuffing or damage, while the upgraded 16-inch American Racing wheels are all unmarked and wrapped in a set of matching all-terrain tyres.

Inside, this Jimny presents in near-showroom condition, with very few signs of use throughout the cabin and luggage compartment. The rear luggage area shows a few small marks on the removable load tray, while the plastics around the bottom of the doors and on the sill covers have some minor wear. The seats are all in pristine condition with no rips or worn materials, while the headliner is pristine. The dashboard plastics, switches and other high-use areas are also immaculate. Everything is reported to be working as intended by Suzuki, with no known faults or issues.

The Suzuki’s first service undertaken was the ‘2,000-mile service’ carried out in July 2019, while the second was carried out in December 2020 by Town & Country Cars Suzuki. During this service the oil and filters were changed.

Due to its age, this Jimny has not gone through an annual MOT test yet. Supplied with the V5C, service handbook, owner’s handbook and security wheel bolt adapter, this Jimny retains all of its original literature and accessories.

From its adorable styling to the hugely capable off-road performance, the Suzuki Jimny offers a thoroughly enjoyable and unique driving experience with bags of character, which is an increasingly rare find among modern vehicles.
