This Alpine A110 Legende is a stunning example of the widely praised lightweight sports car, which is equipped with a number of comfort enhancing features and is presented in as-new condition. It is powered by a mid-mounted turbocharged 1.8-litre inline-four, which sends 248bhp to the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission with paddle shift, resulting in a claimed 0-62mph time of just 4.5 seconds. The odometer displays a mere 316 miles from new.

Designed and manufactured by Renault, the Alpine A110 was launched in 2017 to critical acclaim, thanks in part to its sharp handling and eye-catching styling, which pays tribute to its 1960s predecessor. This UK right-hand drive example was first registered in March 2019 and has just one owner from new.

Specified in Legende trim, it features 18-inch alloy wheels and a full leather interior with comfort seats, as well as a Focal sound system, parking sensors and a reversing camera.

The bodywork and Thunder Grey metallic paintwork are described by the vendor as being in ‘like new’ condition, with no signs of scuffs, scratches or panel damage. The finish displays an impressive level of gloss and is accented by bright badging including the blue, white and red Tricolore, which adorns the C-pillars of this unashamedly French performance car. Similarly, the 18-inch alloy wheels are in great shape, with no kerbing marks or other damage to their gloss black finish or diamond-turned accents.

Looking to the interior, this Legende sets itself apart from the other, more pared-back, version of the A110 with sumptuous dark brown leather covering a pair of heated, six-way adjustable comfort seats. Accented by blue stitching, this leather upholstery has also been applied to the dashboard, steering wheel and door card inserts, while carbon-fibre covers the instrument cowl, central bridge and air vent surrounds.

Due to its youth and low mileage, the car’s cabin presents excellently throughout, with the upholstery and trims retaining their showroom appearance. The metal brake and accelerator pedals even feature their original protective plastic coating. Interior equipment includes a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with smart phone integration and satellite navigation, with audio being provided courtesy of a Focal sound system. All of the interior buttons, switches and electrical items work as they should, and there are no warning messages displayed.

Owing to its age and sparing use, this Alpine A110 Legende has not yet required its first service, though the vendor will ensure that one is carried out prior to the car’s sale to its next owner.

Its first MOT test is not due until 3 March 2022 and the wheels are still shod in the factory-fitted Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres, which are of course in excellent condition.

Accompanying the car are all of its original books and documentation, as well as its two leather-wrapped keycards.
