2018 HONDA NSX

This 2018 Honda NSX is a nearly new example of the renowned hybrid supercar, in the attractive Valencia Red Pearl launch colour and which is fresh from a main dealer service. It is equipped with the twin-turbocharged 3.5-litre V6 engine, dual front electric motors and a single rear electric motor, altogether producing 573bhp, coupled with a nine-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with paddle shift. The odometer currently indicates 1,215 miles from new.

First registered in June 2018, this NSX has been with its current keeper for around two-and-a-half years. The appropriate registration ‘NSX 22’ is included in the sale.

The sleek bodywork of this NSX is all in excellent shape; with flush shut lines and smooth panels, and no prior damage. Some very minor marks can be seen around the front end and rear diffuser, commensurate with sparing road use. The distinctive headlight lenses and carbon-fibre roof panel are both in good order, and the vehicle rides on a set of 19-inch wheels, which are in excellent condition.

Inside, the cream leather upholstery is in great shape, presenting with just a few very light creases on the bolsters. The door cards are trimmed with a combination of cream leather and smart grey Alcantara, which also adorns the glovebox opening and centre console. A couple of very light marks can be seen on the metal switchgear and surrounding glossy black plastic, though all of the electrics work as they should.

The last routine maintenance was undertaken in March 2021 at 1,191 miles, where technicians changed the engine oil and filter, before replacing the transmission fluid and brake fluid. A general vehicle health check was undertaken, and the air cleaner element was also changed. Similar routine maintenance was undertaken by Chiswick Honda in March 2020 at 1,067 miles and in June 2019 at 789 miles.

The vehicle’s first MOT test is due by 13 June 2021, while the Continental tyres are reported to be in excellent condition. Accompanying the vehicle are their original owner’s manuals and service book.
