This 2017 Ford Mustang is a low-mileage, one-owner example of the modern-day pony car. Powered by a 2.3-litre turbocharged ‘Ecoboost’ inline-four engine producing 310bhp coupled to an automatic transmission with paddle shifters, this example has covered just 8,000 miles from new.

First registered on 23 January 2017 and purchased new by the vendor, this Mustang has been used sparingly throughout the last four years, and has always been kept garaged during the vendor’s ownership. Thanks to the low mileage of the vehicle, the car presents in excellent condition throughout.

The iconic, aggressive lines of the Mustang are all in excellent shape, as is the bright red paintwork, and there has been no damage or dings whatsoever. In fact, the usual smattering of stone chips that would be expected of a four-year old performance car appear to be largely absent, thanks to the low mileage. The wheels are in excellent overall condition, with only minor kerb damage to the nearside rear and offside front wheels.

Inside, the cabin is in wonderful condition, and shows barely any signs of use. The detailed photo set below is evidence of the car’s fastidious ownership to date. Factory-fitted equipment includes heated and cooled front seats, dual-zone climate control, cruise control, and the Shaker sound system – and there are no faults with the controls or electrics.

As expected for a car that has seen little use, the engine bay presents in outstanding condition, with little sign of the usual road grime that accumulates in this area. Throughout the vendor’s ownership, the car has been serviced annually, with the last inspection taking place during February 2021.

The most recent MOT test took place during June 2020 and resulted in a clean pass with no advisories. All four wheels are shod in matching high-performance Pirelli P Zero tyres with plenty of tread remaining. Included with the vehicle are the Ford handbooks, service records and other literature that was included with the purchase of the car.

The 2.3-litre ‘Ecoboost’ Ford Mustang offers an attractive alternative to the snarling V8-powered variant, with its lower fuel consumption and running costs, yet still providing impressive performance, wrapped up in the iconic body shape.
