This Mercedes-AMG C 63 Cabriolet is a compelling high-performance convertible that blends thrilling pace with a luxurious and well-appointed interior. Under the bonnet is a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 producing 469bhp, driving the rear wheels via a seven-speed MCT automatic transmission with paddle shift. The odometer shows 28,039 miles from new.

First registered in September 2016, there is just one previous registered keeper on the V5C log book. The current owner acquired the car in January 2020. Accompanying the car is the original purchase invoice, which shows that the price when new was £67,500.

The seller reports that this Cabriolet’s bodywork and paint are in excellent condition. There is a small 1mm chip on the front of the bonnet, and there may be a few very small marks on the front end or wing mirrors from road use, but in general this drop-top presents superbly. There is a black fabric soft top, which rises and retracts as it should, and fits well around the frame with no damage. The car rides on 18-inch lightweight alloys, which have one kerbing graze on the nearside front wheel, but which are otherwise in great shape.

In the cabin, the standard front AMG sport seats are upholstered in black Nappa leather, and feature seat heating as well as the AirScarf neck warmer system. Smart black ash wood inlays are present around the interior, as well as metal effect trims that add another luxurious touch. Further factory-fitted equipment includes rear air suspension, the switchable AMG Performance Exhaust System, rear parking sensors, a reversing camera, rear folding seats, cruise control and satellite navigation. The vendor states that there are aftermarket floor mats fitted, protecting the original AMG items.

The vendor states that the car has a comprehensive Mercedes-Benz history, and that another service is due at the end of October, should the next owner wish to continue this maintenance schedule.

Its most recent MOT test was on 31 August 2020 at 27,969 miles, when it achieved a first-time pass with two advisories, regarding rear brake pad wear, and worn front tyres. The rear tyres have been renewed very recently, but the front tyres will need to be changed within the next couple of thousand miles.

Accompanying the car is the complete original book pack, including the owner’s manual, service booklet, original invoice summaries, and the key presentation box.

This Mercedes-AMG C 63 Cabriolet is a great opportunity to acquire an exciting and spacious drop-top performance car, which boasts an excellent factory specification as well as impressive history. It remains in superb condition, has been cherished by just owners from new, and represents a substantial saving from the list price.
