This 2016 Land Rover Defender 90 Black Pack is a low-mileage example of the iconic 4x4, presented in stunning Corris Grey with black accents, and in truly excellent condition. Under the bonnet is a 2.2-litre turbo diesel four-cylinder engine producing up to 90kW/122hp and 360Nm of torque, which is paired to a six-speed manual gearbox. The odometer shows just 22,762km.

The legendary story of the original Land Rover Defender has been written and this is a great opportunity to own a car from the final chapter. As a 2016 model year vehicle, delivered in late March that year, it would have been among the very last examples to roll off the production line in Solihull, UK, with the Defender’s 67-year continuous production run ending soon after. First registered on 22 June 2016, the vehicle was placed in storage after completing only 63km; emerging around three years later.

Today, the exterior presents in truly excellent condition with the Corris Grey hue complemented by the Black Pack’s gloss roof, arches, front grille and headlight surrounds. With factory tinted windows, this rugged off-road vehicle has style in spades, and despites its 4x4 focus, it has never been driven off-road. The paintwork is in great shape, with no visible damage to the panels, and even all of the exterior bolts and fasteners look pristine. On the right-hand side, the side protection runner bar does have some minor damage. It rides on 16-inch ‘Sawtooth’ alloy wheels, which are also finished in gloss black, and features a flip-down rear step and tow ball.

Inside, the vehicle is in equally outstanding condition with the black half-leather seats finished off by a contrasting stitch. A MUD UK seat rail has been installed on the driver's seat, which provides four inches of extra rearward travel on the driver’s seating position, affording more legroom. With plenty of storage space and with fold-away rear seats, practicality abounds and allows you to configure the vehicle to suit your exact needs. Even the floor mats have a barely used appearance, with the vendor only noting some scuffs in the loading bay floor. Factory-fitted equipment includes electric windows, front and rear heated screens, heated front seats, and air-conditioning. There is also an Alpine stereo head unit with CD player and Bluetooth connectivity. 

The vehicle underwent its most recent service at 22,311km in February 2021 at Barbagallo Land Rover with an oil and filter change to the recommended schedule. After its three-year period in storage, the Defender was initially sent to Barbagallo Land Rover in 2019, receiving a full service to ensure that all systems were operating perfectly. A further service was completed at 11,313km in February 2020, including a full system flush, and the vendor retains receipts for all work completed.

The Land Rover last underwent a registration inspection on 7 February 2019, with no faults or advisories raised. The owner reports the tyres currently have 11mm of tread remaining at the front and rear. During the service work dated 2019 the vehicle was fitted with factory side steps and an official Land Rover tow bar, complete with all wiring. Accompanying the vehicle is all the original documentation, service book, receipts and two keys.
