EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

• Launched to celebrate 70 years of the Defender, only 150 examples of the Works V8 70th Edition were built, making this an exceptionally rare British 4x4. Rather than starting from scratch, the JLR Classic Works programme sourced existing vehicles registered between 2012 and 2016, before fully inspecting, stripping and rebuilding them at the JLR Classic facility.
• As well as its upgraded engine, the Works V8 is also equipped with a number of modern features, including LED headlights, a DAB radio, satellite navigation, Recaro sports seats and full leather upholstery.
• The exterior features aluminium door handles, side protection runners and tread plates, a NAS rear step, and 18-inch ‘Sawtooth’ alloy wheels.
• In the cabin, this special-edition vehicle is trimmed in two-tone black and cream Windsor leather upholstery, with perforated centre panels for the Recaro seats. The two-tone finish is also applied to the dashboard, with black leather for the top panels either side, and cream leather for the central console pillars.
• Factory-fitted equipment includes air-conditioning, heated front seats, a DAB radio, and satellite navigation.
• All of the interior buttons, switches and electrical items work without fault, and there are no warning lights displayed on the dashboard.

CONDITION

• The bodywork of this Defender remains in superb, showroom condition, having been barely driven and carefully stored from new.
• The black paintwork is in great shape, with no scratches or scuffs, and all of the exterior trims and light lenses are also in as-new condition.
• Inside, the black and cream leather upholstery is in excellent order, with only the slightest signs of sparing use in line with the 169 miles on the odometer. The fine craftsmanship also extends to the carefully fitted and stitched headlining and interior panel trims.
• There are no known electrical or mechanical faults.
• The most recent MOT test was on 23rd September 2021, which was a first-time pass with no advisories or defects.

This Land Rover Defender 90 Works V8 is a glorious bespoke 4x4, which has been beautifully restored and upgraded by JLR Classic, and represents one of just 150 built.
