2016 LAND ROVER DEFENDER 90 ADVENTURE - 16 MILES

This 2016 Land Rover Defender 90 Adventure is an as-new example of the go-anywhere 4x4, presented in outstanding condition throughout and with only delivery mileage on the odometer. Under the bonnet sits the 120bhp 2.2-litre inline-four, coupled to a six-speed manual transmission driving all four wheels. The odometer currently indicates just 16 miles from new.

To mark the end of a 67-year production run, Land Rover celebrated the Defender with three special edition models: Autobiography, Heritage and Adventure. The latter included three paint choices, of which Corris Grey was one. The other Adventure features include contrasting Santorini Black for the roof, bonnet, tailgate, and front grille, as well as front and side underbody protection, and gloss black diamond-turned alloys.

Its interior is trimmed in Ebony leather seats with Pimento centre panels and contrast stitching; while air-conditioning and heated seats are also fitted. It was also specified in this case with the wading snorkel and Defender Expedition roof rack. First registered in January 2016, this Defender has just one registered keeper from new.

The rugged bodywork of this 4x4 is in immaculate condition, presenting as though it has just left the showroom. Its sleek Corris Grey paintwork is pristine, and all of the black accents are also in great shape. The window glass and headlight lenses have a clear, scratch-free appearance, while the vehicle’s diamond-turned alloys are as-new. A matching spare is affixed to the rear door, and all of the alloys are fitted with new Goodyear Wrangler tyres.

Inside, the seats are trimmed with a combination of Ebony and Pimento red leather. The upholstery presents with no visible scuffs or other marks, and the leather extends across the door panels, storage box, dashboard top, and the steering wheel and gear knob contact points. The rear storage area features two folding seats, which continue the colour scheme and present superbly.

Despite its delivery mileage, this Land Rover has still been given regular engine oil changes, as detailed in the summary below. The most recent MOT test was on 3 March 2021 at 16 miles, which resulted in a clean pass with no advisories or defects. Accompanying the vehicle is the original book pack.
