2016 AUDI RS3

This 2016 Audi RS3 is a superb modern performance hatchback, presented with some tasteful modifications. Under the bonnet sits the turbocharged 2.5-litre inline-five engine now producing around 362bhp and 343lb-ft of torque, coupled with the dual clutch S-Tronic transmission and Quattro all-wheel drive system. The odometer currently indicates 22,675 miles from new.

First registered in May 2016, this RS3 has been in the hands of its current keeper for the last three years. The car features an aftermarket Milltek exhaust, a remapped engine and gearbox, as well as a set of wheel spacers.

The bodywork of this Audi is all in very good shape and is finished in the attractive shade of Ara Blue. The condition of the paintwork has been described as excellent, and the car has benefitted from a ceramic coating, so the finish now presents with a glossy shine. The car features a subtle rear spoiler and the correct RS silver-capped wing mirrors, while it rides on a set of immaculate 19-inch five-arm alloy wheels.

Inside, the black leather covering the seats presents with minimal signs of use, and the headlining, carpets, dashboard and door cards are in superb order. The cabin is equipped with park assist, automatic headlights, cruise control, heated seats, and satellite navigation, and no electrical faults have been detected. The rear presents in similarly impressive condition, with no wear or damage to the leather seats.

The last routine maintenance was undertaken in May 2020, where technicians at VW and Audi specialist The Phirm in Camberley changed the oil and filter, before carrying out an APR Stage One ECU upgrade, and TVS gearbox tuning that the seller states has resulted in a “night and day difference”, making the gear changes seamless. Prior to this, routine maintenance was carried out by The Phirm in April 2019 and August 2017.

The most recent MOT test was on 3 July 2020 at 20,163 miles, which resulted in a clean pass with no advisories or defects. The wheels come wrapped with Pirelli P Zero tyres, with a reported 4mm of tread left at the rear and 5mm at the front.

Accompanying the vehicle are the original owner’s handbooks in their factory wallet, along with two keys and a full history of maintenance invoices.

This Audi RS3 is a superb example of the marque’s performance hatchback, which boasts some tasteful modifications and presents in excellent condition throughout. With practicality in spades and a thrilling driving experience, this RS3 would make a reliable and highly capable daily runner.
