This Aston Martin DB11 is a stunning one-owner example of the marque’s flagship grand tourer, presented in a beautiful colour combination, and was personally signed off by Andy Palmer as one of the 400 ‘Launch Edition’ cars. It is powered by a 5.2-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine, producing a substantial 600bhp and 516lb-ft of torque, driven through an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission and mechanical limited-slip differential. The odometer shows 10,980 miles from new.

First registered in December 2016, this car has been driven and enjoyed by just one private owner from new. He has kept the car fastidiously maintained, taken off the road during the winter months, and carefully stored in a heated garage when not in use.

Its bodywork presents in excellent condition, with factory shut lines and panel gaps, and with no damage or dents to any of the panels. The Midnight Blue paint has a smooth and even finish all around the car, with the only blemishes being stone chips at the front end, and on the panels ahead of the rear wheels, which are clearly visible in the photo gallery. The car rides on 20-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels with a diamond-turned finish, which are in superb order with no kerbing grazes or paint chips.

In the cabin, the smart Mocha upholstery presents beautifully, with signs of use, but no damage or significant wear. The seat centre stripes and door panel sections are accented by elegant ‘brogue’ detailing and white stitching. Its light interior colour contrasts with the gloss black trim inlays, while the buttons and switchgear have real metal surrounds and knurled finishes. Factory-fitted features include full electric adjustment, memory settings, and heating for the front seats, a multimedia system with DAB digital radio and satellite navigation, and the Bang and Olufsen sound system.

The car has a comprehensive service history, with its most recent maintenance taking place in November 2019 at 9,871 miles, which included fitment of new rear tyres. The two previous annual services were carried out on schedule in 2018 and 2017.

Its first annual MOT test took place on 14 November 2019 at 9,871 miles, when it achieved a first-time pass with no advisories whatsoever. The wheels are fitted with Bridgestone Potenza tyres all round, which are in very good condition. The rear tyres have covered less than 1,200 miles. Accompanying the car are all of the original books and tools.

This Aston Martin DB11 is described by the seller as a brilliant driving machine, and one he has thoroughly enjoyed over nearly 11,000 miles behind the wheel. A supremely elegant V12 coupe with a wonderfully well-balanced chassis; it is as rapid as it is comfortable and luxurious. This is a compelling opportunity to acquire a cherished example of this 2+2 grand tourer in an undeniably appealing specification.
