2015 MERCEDES-AMG C 63 S EDITION 1

This 2015 Mercedes-AMG C 63 S Edition 1 is a superb example of a limited-edition German brute, featuring a range of upgrades to differentiate it from the standard saloon. Under the bonnet sits AMG’s twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 producing 503bhp, coupled with a seven-speed automatic paddle-shift transmission, propelling the car from 0-60mph in just 3.9 seconds. The odometer currently indicates 35,900 miles from new.

This C63 S Edition 1 was first registered in September 2015. It has three previous registered keepers on the log book and has spent the last year with its current owner, who now offers it for sale to another enthusiast.

Outside, the Edition 1 features red accents on the grille and the wing mirror casings, matt grey side stripes on the doors and rear bumper, as well as a carbon-fibre boot lid spoiler. The exterior presents well overall and the only notable blemishes reported are some minor stone chips to the front bumper. The vehicle rides on black 19-inch alloy wheels, also featuring a red pinstripe around the outer edge, which present in excellent condition.

In the cabin, there are AMG sport seats, upholstered with diamond-stitched leather, a flat-bottom AMG steering wheel and various pieces of lightweight carbon-fibre trim. The coloured accents continue throughout, with dashes of red on the seat belts, stitching and steering wheel. The upholstery presents without any visible wear to key areas like the bolsters, a testament to how well this vehicle’s been looked after. The dashboard appears free of any scratches or scuffs, while the vendor has reported no electrical issues and no warning lights present on the dashboard.

The last service was undertaken in April 2019 at 20,176 miles, where technicians changed the vehicle’s oil and oil filter. The vendor notes that services were also carried out in October 2017 and September 2016. The only other maintenance carried out during recent ownership has been new brake pads all round and a new drive belt.

The most recent MOT test was on 1 October 2020 at 35,281 miles, which resulted in a clean pass with no advisories. The 19-inch AMG alloy wheels are all wrapped in Continental tyres, which have around 3mm of tread on the rear, 5mm on the nearside front and 7mm on the offside front. The latter was replaced due to a puncture in August, which accounts for the variance across the axle.

Accompanying the vehicle are the original handbooks, as well as a collection of corresponding service invoices.
