2015 MCLAREN 675LT - CLUBSPORT PACKAGE

This McLaren 675LT is an outstanding contemporary supercar, built with track use in mind, but remaining eminently usable and thrilling on the road. It is powered by a mighty twin-turbocharged 3.8-litre V8, producing 666bhp (675PS) and 516lb-ft of torque, driving the rear wheels through the seven-speed dual-clutch transmission with paddle shift. Claimed performance is 0-62mph in just 2.9 seconds, and 0-124mph in a remarkable 7.9 seconds. The odometer shows 14,462 miles from new.

With extensive use of carbon-fibre bodywork from the B-pillar backwards, as well as lightweight glass, and a re-trimmed interior with carbon-fibre and Alcantara, the 675LT tips the scales at 100kg less than the 650S on which it is based. Suspension components including the uprights and wishbones were carried over from the McLaren P1, and the car features a wider track, lower front end, and stiffer springs.

First registered on 28 November 2015, this 675LT remains with its first and only owner, who is now offering it for sale to another enthusiast. The full factory specification is included below, including the new list price of £296,004. This includes the rare and sought-after Clubsport Package, incorporating the carbon-fibre upgrade pack, plus a roll bar and Sabelt harnesses for both occupants. The car was also specified with the five-spoke Super Lightweight wheels. It has been maintained exclusively at a McLaren main dealer, and has been kept in a heated garage whenever not in use.

The car remains completely standard, with the exception of an upgrade to Surface Transforms carbon-ceramic brake discs, supplied by a MOV’IT specialist dealer. This represents an investment of around £20,000 in uprated discs to ensure that they will last the life of the car.

Its bodywork remains in completely undamaged original condition, with flush shut lines and even panel gaps. The special order McLaren Orange paint is in superb order, protected by a full application of paint protection film (PPF). IT was specified from the factory with the optional carbon-fibre side air intakes and carbon-fibre door mirrors. There are some paint chip marks around the plastic, as well as around the front tow bar socket and on the front camera housing. It rides on Super Lightweight five-spoke alloys, with a machined finish and optional 675LT branding, which are in pristine condition.

Inside, the cabin is trimmed primarily in Alcantara, with the lightweight fabric on the seat centres, door cards, dashboard, centre console and headlining. There are also orange leather accents for the shoulder bolster and headrest sections, and orange contrast stitching is used across the dashboard and centre console. All of the upholstery remains in great shape, commensurate with the low mileage and considerate use. The central control panel, steering wheel frame, and shift paddles are all fabricated in carbon-fibre, and 675LT floor mats protect the carbon-fibre floors. There are no known electrical faults, and no warning lights present.

Its last scheduled maintenance was carried out in February 2021 at 14,396 miles at McLaren Ascot - where it has always been serviced. As the car had been mostly in storage for 18 months, the dealer carried out a fifth year service but also included the brake fluid change and fitted new air filters, which was missed in the car’s fourth year. An air-conditioning service was also completed, a brake bleed nipple cover and offside rear arch liner were replaced, and four new tyres were also fitted. 

Furthermore, for additional peace of mind, the owner commissioned a 125-point warranty check, and paid for 12-month extended cover, meaning the car remains under a transferable warranty until February 2022. The invoice for the maintenance and warranty is included in the gallery.

The most recent MOT test was on 8 February 2021 at 14,413 miles, when it achieved a first-time pass with no advisories or defects noted. A fresh set of Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tyres was fitted during the most recent service, so they are in brand-new condition.
