This well-cared-for Audi RS4 Avant is presented in fabulous condition and with a discerning, stylish colour scheme. This fast estate car is powered by a 4.2-litre V8 producing 448bhp, giving it blistering straight-line performance. The odometer shows 38,750 miles.

This RS4 was first registered on April 15, 2015, and has remained in the hands of its first owner ever since. This car comes with a stunning black-and-grey look courtesy of the RS4’s matt silver exterior trim on the front bumper and door mirrors. Finished with the smoky grey alloy wheels and set off by the red of the brake callipers and RS4 badges, it’s a stealthy, classy look that’s eye-catching yet still understated. The original paintwork is in excellent condition, with the seller noting only a small scratch on the bonnet. The alloy wheels are also in good order, with no obvious scratches or chips.

The interior is in similarly fantastic condition, with no apparent signs of damage or wear. The black leather-and-suedecloth upholstery almost looks like new, and the glossy carbon-fibre trim on the dashboard and centre console appears unblemished. The fixtures and fittings are all original, including the infotainment screen and flat-bottomed steering wheel with perforated leather trim. The seller says there are no faults with any of the switchgear or on-board systems, and there are no dashboard warning lights.

The most recent service was carried out by Audi Teesside at 33,500 miles, which involved routine maintenance, including an engine oil change. Previous services have all involved other routine measures as specified by the car’s service schedule. No other maintenance has been necessary for the vehicle.

The most recent MOT test was on November 18, 2019, at 32,507 miles, which resulted in a clean pass. This was the car’s second MOT, following a prior inspection on July 5, 2018, at 21,185 miles, which resulted in a pass with one advisory for the engine and under covers. The tyres are all in good condition and appear to have plenty of tread remaining.

This car comes with all the original handbooks, as well as numerous receipts for services and other maintenance.

This is an original example of Audi’s 4.2-litre RS4 super-estate, and among the last of the eight-cylinder models. It has been well looked after, with no signs of wear or damage, and the mileage is relatively low for the year. With a clean bill of health and in such good condition, it could be secreted away by a collector for posterity, or used and enjoyed as Audi intended.
