• A charming special-edition Bonneville, built as a tribute to the town of Neukirchen in Austria, which hosts the annual ‘Club of Newchurch’ Motorcycle Festival, when the market town and surrounding area is completely closed to cars, and celebrates all things two-wheeled.
  • It is powered by an 865cc parallel-twin engine, now producing around 68hp, coupled to a five-speed transmission.
  • The bike was imported to the UK in 2019 and re-registered in January 2020, benefiting from numerous upgrades and a comprehensive service history.

  • The Newchurch Edition features a low-profile seat, black detailing, seven-spoke wheels and a choice of two colour schemes; Sapphire Blue and Pure White or Cranberry Red and Pure White, as seen on this example.
  • It has been fitted with a Cone Engineering exhaust, Power Commander V, a modified airbox, a DNA air filter, a Motogadget M-Tri electronic box, a lightweight lithium battery and a DID X-Ring chain with lightweight sprockets.
  • Race Tech emulators have been installed in the front forks, with Ohlins shock absorbers at the rear.
  • It features Beringer brake discs front and rear, with an upgraded Beringer front calliper.
  • A new custom leather seat has been fitted, along with 1950s French Army canvas panniers, a Motogadget speedometer and tachometer, a MOSFET regulator, Biltwell grips, a brass fuel cap, shift peg and seat release bolts, and new indicators, rear lights, handlebars, mirrors, and brake and throttle levers.
  • Its original owner’s manuals will be included, along with a full service history and the bike’s import documents.

  • There is no known bodywork damage, and its original two-tone paintwork is free of any significant marks.
  • Its brown leather seat has a few small creases, but presents very well.
  • No electrical faults have been detected.
  • The most recent MOT test was on 7 January 2021, which was a first-time pass, with an advisory stating the exhaust was noisy. The tester also noted that the previous mileage record from February 2020, was inputted incorrectly, accounting for the data discrepancy.

  • Its most recent service was in January 2021, where technicians at Shirlaws Motorcycles in Aberdeen changed the engine oil and filter.
