This 2014 Mercedes-Benz E63 S AMG is a superb high-performance estate, which combines practicality with brute power, and which remains in excellent condition throughout. Under the bonnet is a twin-turbocharged 5.5-litre V8 producing around 576bhp, coupled with an automatic seven-speed paddle shift transmission. The odometer currently indicates 54,241 miles from new.

First registered in November 2014, this Mercedes-Benz E63 S AMG Estate has two previous keepers on the V5C, and has been with its current keeper for nearly two years. The car remains covered under an extended Mercedes-AMG warranty until 26 April 2021, which will be transferred to the next private owner for peace of mind – and of course they can continue to extend it beyond that if they wish.

The car’s sleek bodywork is in very good order; with flush shut lines and smooth panels. The Diamond Silver paintwork presents well, with just a few small stone chips around the front end and a slight mark on the edge of the driver’s door. A small windscreen chip was repaired under warranty by Autoglass in September 2020, though a small mark is still reported to be visible from certain angles. Both wiper blades were replaced at the same time. Its door mirrors were specified with carbon-fibre casings, and there is some wear to the clear coat on the passenger-side item. The vehicle rides on a set of 19-inch ten-spoke alloy wheels, which show some surface wear, but are otherwise in good order.

Moving inside, the condition of the Black Nappa leather has been described as excellent, presenting with minimal wear to the perforated centre panels and just a few light creases to the driver’s bolsters. The vendor indicates the Alcantara trim on the steering wheel is slightly worn, though the aluminium and piano black dashboard trims present very well. The seats have the rare heated and cooled option, and feature full electric adjustment, while the cabin also boasts a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control and satellite navigation through the COMAND system. All of the switchgear is believed to work as it should, with no electrical issues detected and no warning lights on the dashboard.

The last routine maintenance was undertaken in October 2020 at 53,213 miles, where technicians at Mercedes-Benz of Newbury carried out the marque’s service B, changing the engine oil, filters, brake fluid and spark plugs, before cleaning and lubricating the panoramic sunroof. Prior to this, in October 2019, Mercedes-Benz of Salisbury carried out a service A. In October 2018, Mercedes-Benz of Leicester carried out another service B, changing the engine oil, filters, brake fluid and spark plugs.

The most recent MOT test was on 26 October 2020 at 53,220 miles, which resulted in a clean pass with the only advisory being the tester noting the presence of factory-fitted under-trays. A set of new Pirelli P Zero tyres were fitted and aligned approximately 1,000 miles ago and are in very good condition all round.

Accompanying the vehicle are the original owner’s manual and service book, as well as the original sales receipt, AMG warranty documents, and a selection of maintenance invoices.
