2013 FERRARI F12 BERLINETTA

This Ferrari F12 Berlinetta is a thrilling grand tourer, presented in a classic colour scheme, and with very low mileage. Under the bonnet is a 6.3-litre naturally aspirated V12, producing 730bhp, driving the rear wheels via the seven-speed dual-clutch F1 transmission. The odometer shows 9,650 miles.

Specified in elegant Grigio Silverstone with an interior trimmed in Bordeaux leather and Alcantara, this F12 was also specified with desirable features such as the suspension lift system, carbon-fibre Driver Zone, cruise control, and parking cameras.

The car was first registered overseas in the Middle East, and was imported to the UK in 2017, where it was re-registered in June that year to the current owner. He has kept it maintained exclusively by H.R. Owen since then.

Today, the bodywork and paint are reported to be in excellent condition, and the full photo set below certainly shows a very well-presented example of the breed. It features factory-fitted Scuderia Ferrari wing shields, rear parking sensors, and front and rear parking cameras. The brake callipers are now painted red, though it is understood they were originally delivered painted in Grigio Silverstone to match the paintwork. It rides on 20-inch five-spoke Speedline wheels finished in dark grey, which are freshly refurbished so present in pristine condition.

In the cabin, the Bordeaux leather upholstery is in very good order, with only minor wear visible on the seats, to the driver’s outer bolster in particular. There are minor marks to some of the higher contact areas, which are to be expected after seven years on the road, as well as some small patches of fading and wear on the door panels. The Bordeaux carpets present well, as does the Alcantara for the roof pillars, headlining, and rear shelf buffer. There is charcoal stitching throughout, including for the embroidered Cavallino emblems on the headrests.

Ahead of the driver is a Bordeaux leather-trimmed steering wheel, accented by the carbon-fibre Driver Zone inlays and the LED shift lights. The dashboard also features carbon-fibre inserts, and there is a Giallo rev counter. Factory-fitted equipment includes full electric adjustment and heating for the seats, dual-zone climate control, cruise control, and the aforementioned parking cameras. At the back of the car, there is a 20-inch space-saver spare wheel in a leather storage bag. The black lining is just starting to peel away from the back panel of the boot, which has been found on other F12s delivered to warmer climates, and simply needs to be reglued.

The last scheduled maintenance was carried out by H.R. Owen in November 2019 at 9,500 miles, with a full service carried out to Ferrari’s schedule, as well as a new battery. The service prior to this was in November 2018, also at H.R. Owen.

The most recent UK MOT test was on 29 July 2020 at 9,628 miles, when it achieved a first-time pass with no advisories whatsoever. The wheels are fitted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres, which are date-coded to 2015, and are reported to be in good condition.

This Ferrari F12 Berlinetta is a superb contemporary supercar, boasting an immense powertrain, a comfortable and refined cabin, and GT car practicality. Finished in the smart colour scheme of grey over a red interior - a classic Ferrari combination - this F12 left-hand drive layout means it is a tempting proposition for overseas bidders, or for UK enthusiasts who often tour on the continent.
