2012 FERRARI FF

This Ferrari FF is a superb GT car, which boasts year-round practicality, and which is presented in a perennially popular colour scheme and with a high factory specification. It is powered by the mighty 652bhp 6.3-litre naturally aspirated V12, with on-demand four-wheel-drive via the seven-speed F1 dual-clutch automatic transmission. The odometer shows 26,787 miles.

The ‘Ferrari Four’ can sprint from 0-62mph in just 3.7 seconds, and has a top speed of 208 mph. Carbon-ceramic brake discs are fitted as standard. This FF was first registered on 1 January 2012, and has five previous keepers on the log book. It was acquired by its current owner in March 2020.

Today, its Rosso Corsa paintwork remains in superb condition, with no unsightly damage or blemishes reported by the vendor. The panels look smooth and straight, with no signs of any prior damage. It rides on the original five-spoke alloy wheels, which have some minor grazes on the rims in a few places, but which are generally in good order. It was specified with yellow brake callipers, ‘Scuderia Ferrari’ wing shields, and is equipped with front and rear parking sensors and cameras.

Stepping inside, the seats are upholstered in cream leather with the ‘Daytona’ style seat pattern and red contrast stitching, and with the same trim extending through the transmission tunnel, door panels, centre console and lower dashboard. The dashboard top panel is finished in black leather with red stitching. All of the cabin upholstery is described as being in superb condition. The front seats feature full electric adjustment and heating, and there are embroidered ‘Cavallino’ motifs on the headrests. It is specified with the carbon-fibre Driver Zone with LED shift lights and carbon-fibre paddles, and there are Bordeaux carpets and floor mats throughout.

This FF has been kept in superb mechanical order, with annual servicing every year from new. Its last scheduled maintenance was in March 2020 at GC Motors at approximately 26,520 miles, which consisted of a standard annual service. Every prior service was at a Ferrari main dealer, including H.R. Owen London, Stratstone in Wilmslow, and Graypaul in Birmingham.

The last MOT test was on 29 February 2020 at 26,511 miles, which resulted in a clean pass with no advisories. In fact, the car has never failed an MOT test, nor has it ever had a single advisory, which is a very good indicator about its condition. The wheels are fitted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres on the front axle, and Pilot Sport 4S tyres on the rear, all of which are reported to be in excellent condition with ample tread.

This Ferrari FF is a sophisticated and refined high-performance grand tourer, which boasts impressive practicality and an excellent specification. It is spacious and comfortable enough to make a superb cross-continent road trip companion, but is equally well suited to being a thrilling daily driver, feeling no less special with every experience from behind the wheel.
