• Equipment includes Brembo Monobloc brake callipers, ABS, traction control, LED lights, selectable rider modes and keyless ignition.
• As a Carbon model, this Diavel features a number of carbon-fibre components, including its front mudguard, fuel tank and seat covers, and is also equipped with lightweight forged Marchesini wheels and black forks.
• The bike will be accompanied by all of its original handbooks and its stamped service book, and the seller is also including a set of Shad touring panniers and a pillion backrest.

CONDITION

• No known body or frame damage.
• The satin black paintwork on the frame, headlight surround and other components is in excellent condition, with a few minor stone chips on the forks, in line with the bike’s use and mileage. The exposed carbon-fibre fuel tank and mudguards are in superb order.
• Its black seat is unmarked, as are the handlebar grips.
• There are no known mechanical or electrical faults.
• The bike’s last MOT test was conducted on 20 April 2021 at 18,170 miles, which resulted in a first-time pass with one advisory noting that the drive chain was slightly loose, however this has since been adjusted.

SERVICE HISTORY

• This Diavel’s most recent routine maintenance was carried out in July 2021 by Ducati specialist PG Performance, who changed the engine oil, oil filter, brake fluid and clutch fluid, as well as adjusting the chain and performing a general inspection.
• Prior to this, a comprehensive ‘Desmo’ service was carried out in July 2019, when the valves were inspected, the timing belts were changed and a number of other service items were replaced, including the spark plugs, air filter, brake fluid, engine oil and clutch slave cylinder.

SUMMARY

This Ducati Diavel Carbon is a fully original and particularly well cared-for example of the popular performance cruiser. Offering blistering performance courtesy of its 160bhp V-twin yet eminently comfortable, this Diavel would make a thrilling companion for weekend rides and long-distance tours alike, and is made all the more usable thanks to its included panniers and pillion backrest.
