2011 BMW (E92) M3

This 2011 BMW (E92) M3 is a very well-presented example of the marque’s high-performance coupe, presented with low mileage and a comprehensive maintenance history. It is equipped with a 4.0-litre naturally aspirated V8 producing 414bhp, driven through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with paddle shift. The odometer shows 44,385 miles from new.

First registered in November 2011, there are four previous keepers on the log book, and it has been with its current keeper for around 18 months. It sports the cherished registration of ‘M3 AUC’, which is included in the sale.

The exterior is described by the vendor as being in excellent condition, with smooth panels and an even appearance to its sleek Space Grey paintwork. The vendor notes the bonnet of this M3 has undergone a respray and is now in excellent condition, though the front bumper has minor stone chips and a small scratch to the lower section. It rides on 19-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels, presenting in very good all order on all four corners, with slight lacquer blemishes around the centres.

Moving inside, the heated electrically adjustable seats are covered with luxurious red leather which extends onto the door cards. The vendor advises that the leather is in immaculate condition, with only minor signs of wear on the driver’s seat bolsters. The black leather steering wheel remains in good order, as do the automatic gear selector and shift paddles. The vendor has reported all of the car’s switchgear works as it should, while there are no warning lights present on the dashboard. The car also comes with satellite navigation fitted as standard, as well as the all-important Electronic Damper Control (EDC) factory option.

The last service was undertaken in November 2020 at 44,305 miles, where technicians at respected independent BMW specialist Munich Legends in Haywards Heath changed the engine oil, filters and brake fluid, before carrying out a thorough vehicle inspection. The two services prior to this were in December 2018 at 37,412 miles and in November 2016 at 26,149 miles. The vendor notes that the throttle actuators were refurbished in 2018 by Rebuild Ltd, and they have a lifetime guarantee.

The vehicle rides on Michelin Pilot Sport tyres all round, in correct fitment 245/35/R19 at the front and 265/35/R19 at the rear, which the vendor reports have between 5-7mm of tread remaining.

Accompanying this M3 are the original owner’s manual and service book in their original wallet, supported by a significant history file and numerous maintenance invoices. Also present are two keys and the original locking wheel nut, tyre inflation kit and first aid pack.
