EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

• The Cayman S Sport features a number of desirable features as standard, including the Porsche Sports Exhaust (PSE), Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and Short Shift gear selector. Its ride height is also lowered by 10mm, and the Sport Chrono package is fitted.
• The Sport was given 19-inch ‘Turbo’ style alloy wheels with 5mm spacers, while the cabin is equipped with hard-backed sport seats, an Alcantara-trimmed steering wheel and the gear shifter from the 997 GT3 RS. The instrument binnacle was also deleted, so that the circular cowlings stand out ahead of the driver.
• Its original owner’s manuals and service book will be included, along with a raft of maintenance invoices.

CONDITION

• The sills have been refurbished to rectify some cosmetic kerb damage.
• Its refreshed Arctic Silver Metallic paintwork is in very good shape, with some small stone chips to the front bumper and driver’s door, along with a few light scratches on the offside of the rear bumper and some ‘road rash’ around the wheel arches.
• There is a small blemish underneath the rear spoiler, only visible when it has been raised.
• The wheels have some minor lacquer lift around the centre caps, but no visible kerbing damage. There is a small patch of bubbling beginning to occur on one spoke of the nearside rear wheel.
• Inside, there are light scuffs to the driver’s seat bolster, along with some minor creasing, but the leather is in excellent condition for its age.
• The vendor has indicated a blemish to the dashboard plastics, along with some minor scuffs around the driver’s kick plate.
• The steering wheel was refurbished in 2020 by Royal Steering Wheels.
• No electrical faults have been detected.
• The most recent MOT test was on 24 July 2021 at 35,310 miles, which was a clean pass with no advisories or defects.
• Revolution Porsche Specialists in Yorkshire undertook a borescope inspection at 29,447 miles, which showed no signs of scoring.

SERVICE HISTORY

• Its most recent maintenance was in April 2021 at 33,439 miles, where technicians at Porsche specialist Brookspeed in Eastleigh serviced the gearbox and replaced the drive belt and brake fluid.
• The vendor notes that a minor service will be performed at Brookspeed prior to handover.
• During the vendor’s ownership, the air conditioning condensers, coolant crossover pipes, coil packs and coffin arms have also been replaced preventatively.
