• An excellent example of the capable super GT, presented in an attractive factory specification and benefitting from a recent service.
• Under the bonnet is the potent 6.0-litre ‘Tipo F140C’ naturally aspirated V12, which produces 612bhp and drives the rear wheels via Ferrari’s six-speed ‘F1 SuperFast’ automated manual transmission with paddle shift.

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

• This 599 GTB is finished in the timeless hue of Nero Daytona with extended Nero leather upholstery, carbon-fibre bucket seats with ‘Daytona’-style inserts and optional carbon-fibre trim on the dashboard, plus the carbon-fibre Driver Zone with LED shift lights on the steering wheel.
• The car is also fitted with recessed Scuderia Ferrari wing shields, and rides on the highly coveted 20-inch five-spoke split-rim alloy wheels from the HGTE model which were specified on purchase, housing a set of carbon ceramic brake discs and yellow callipers.
• Additional equipment includes dual-zone climate control, the original Ferrari-branded infotainment system, electrically adjustable seats with memory function, and parking sensors at the front and rear.
• This 599 will be accompanied by its original handbooks and fully stamped service book contained in the correct tan leather wallet, as well as all of its original tools.

CONDITION

• No known bodywork damage.
• Believed to be completely original and untouched, the Nero Daytona paintwork is in excellent overall condition. While there appear to be are a few very minor stone chips on the nose, in line with ordinary road use, the front and sides of the bonnet and wings have Ferrari approved protective film. This transparent film is specially designed and shaped to follow the contours of the car and is virtually invisible. It can be replaced when required.
• The engine bay also presents very well, and while the red paint on one of the inlet manifold’s top covers is flaking slightly at the very rear, the seller has been quoted circa £200 to have this corrected.
• Inside, the cabin presents especially well, with some very minor creases on seats’ leather upholstery but no wear or damage to speak of.
• The car was detailed by Dick Lovett Ferrari inside and out for the auction photographs and has been stored inside since, so is looking exceptional.
• There are no known electrical or mechanical issues.
• This elegant modern Ferrari’s last MOT test was conducted on 30 July 2020 at 15,980 miles, resulting in a first-time pass without a single warning or advisory.

SERVICE HISTORY

• The most recent routine maintenance was an annual service, which was carried out in July 2020 at 15,980 miles by main dealer Dick Lovett Ferrari.
• Prior to this, Dick Lovett Ferrari serviced the car in April 2019 at 14,485 miles, and in July 2018 at 14,254 miles, when the gearbox oil and brake fluid were also changed.
• The car is still covered by an extended manufacturer warranty, which can be transferred to its next owner, and is valid until 3 November 2021.
