2008 LAMBORGHINI GALLARDO LP560-4

This 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 is a thrilling Italian supercar, presented in very good condition and with relatively low mileage. It is equipped with the 552bhp 5.2-litre V10 engine, driving all four wheels via the six-speed E-gear automated manual transmission with paddle shift.

First registered in September 2008, this Gallardo has been with its current keeper for the last four months. The odometer currently indicates 31,900 miles from new.

This Gallardo’s eye-catching bodywork is all in excellent shape and it is finished in Pearlescent White paintwork, which is believed to be entirely original. Commensurate with the car's low mileage, it presents with just a few small stone chips on the nose and carbon-fibre front spoiler, as well as one or two light marks around the quad-exhausts. The vehicle rides on a set of 20-inch aftermarket wheels by Avant Garde, which have some kerbing grazes so would benefit from refurbishment in due course.

Inside, the black leather trim is in very good order and has just some very light creasing and patina on the bolsters and base panels. The leather-clad door cards are in good shape, though a couple of small marks can be seen on the centre console, particularly around the metal-trimmed mode selector buttons. The leather dashboard top and aluminium switchgear controls are both in good condition, while no electrical faults have been detected.

The last routine maintenance was undertaken in May 2019 at 30,347 miles, where technicians at Lamborghini specialist MDL in Telford carried out a full service. Prior to this, routine maintenance was also undertaken by MDL Specialist Cars in 2018 at 28,805 miles.

The most recent MOT test was on 25 November 2020 at 31,498 miles, which resulted in a pass with six advisories to monitor an insecure rear registration plate, worn brake discs all round, and a disconnected front brake pad warning wire. The registration plate and brake wire items were rectified, though the brake discs will need replacement in the near future.

This Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 is a striking contemporary supercar with intoxicating performance. Ideal as a weekend toy for B-road adventures or even for long-distance road trips, this Gallardo blends pace, comfort, and an addictive soundtrack like few others.

Please note: the DVLA data for this car suggests it has a 5.0-litre engine, but the VIN confirms that it is a genuine 5.2-litre LP560-4, so this was evidently a data entry error when the car was brand new.
