2007 BMW (E93) 335i M SPORT CONVERTIBLE

This BMW 335i M Sport is a fast and stylish convertible, benefitting from a comprehensive maintenance history, recently refurbished alloy wheels and a well-appointed interior. This generation of 335i was the first BMW convertible to use a retractable hardtop roof, rather than the soft top alternative used previously. It is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre straight-six, which produces around 302bhp and 295lb-ft of torque. The odometer currently indicates 78,329 miles from new.

This 335i M Sport was originally supplied to Derek Woodman BMW in Blackpool and first registered on 1 September 2007. There are four previous keepers on the log book, and the vendor has owned the car for around six months.

Wearing the marque’s smart Black Sapphire Metallic finish, this convertible presents in very good condition, with the driver reporting only a small scratch on the nearside rear wing, some slight marking on the rear bumper, and stone chips on the front of the car. The vendor notes the paintwork on the front bumper has been repainted. The car’s 19-inch ‘Style 225’ alloy wheels have undergone a complete refurbishment and present with no kerb damage or blemishes.

Moving inside, the 335i M Sport convertible is upholstered with cream Dakota leather throughout, continuing through the door cards and lower dashboard. A piece of elegant silver trim separates the cream colour from the rest of the dashboard’s black finish. The driver’s seat presents with some wear to the bolster commensurate with the car’s age, and the owner has also reported some wear to the steering wheel top and slight damage to the driver’s door metal trim. There are no known electrical foibles, other than an intermittent turn signal fault warning.

The last service was undertaken in July 2020 at 77,719 miles by BMW specialist BMR Performance in Crawley. The vehicle underwent the standard engine oil and filter change, and technicians also replaced the spark plugs, nearside front drop link, both front brake hoses and the nearside front brake calliper. Prior to this, the 335i M Sport was seen in December 2017 at 68,907 miles by James Paul, a used BMW specialist in Horsham.

The most recent MOT test was on 21 April 2020 at 76,089 miles, which resulted in a clean pass with no advisories or defects. The 19-inch wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres in fitment 245/35/ZR19 at the front and 265/35/ZR19 at the rear, which the vendor reports have covered less than 500 miles and remain in excellent condition.

Accompanying the vehicle are the original BMW owner’s handbooks, service book and Road Map Europe DVD in their original leather wallet, as well two keys.
