2007 BMW (E92) 325i M SPORT COUPE

A handsome example of a refined but engaging rear-wheel-drive BMW coupe, this E92 model 325i M Sport is finished in Titanium Silver with a full black Dakota leather interior. Powered by a 3.0-litre straight-six producing 215bhp and 184lb ft of torque, and mated to a six-speed manual transmission, this example has covered 71,622 miles from new.

Autocar described the 325i as “an accomplished, refined cruiser” when launched, noting favourable ride quality compared to more expensive models, and a smart and comfortable interior. With a large boot, ample technology and the appealing sound of a naturally aspirated six-cylinder engine, this 325i is a versatile and sophisticated coupe. It is finished in a subtle colour combination, and remains in original unmodified condition. First registered on 11 June 2007 and supplied by BMW Stratstone Derby, this example has four previous registered keepers.

The bodywork is in good condition for its age, with the light silver paint showcasing the crisp lines of the E92 coupe. The seller notes some small age-related marks, as the photographs show, with some stone chips to the front lower bumper, minor scuffing to one door edge and curbing to the original 19-inch wheels. The car has recently received two new Avon front tyres, though there are budget tyres on the rear.

Moving inside past the M Sport sill cover plates, the black Dakota leather interior with Glacier Silver accents is in generally good condition, with wear to the electrically adjustable front Sport seats commensurate with the age and mileage. There is also some peeling of the plastic coating on the driver’s side interior door handle, and visible wear to the gear knob and steering wheel.

Factory-fitted equipment includes dual-zone climate control, the BMW Professional media system with iPod adapter and auxiliary input, cruise control, rear parking sensors, and a multi-function M steering wheel. The rear seats are in excellent condition and have ISOFIX child seat points.

The car is reported to be in sound mechanical condition throughout. Its most recent service was carried out by Mastercars Hitchin in July 2019 at 70,437 miles. This consisted of an engine oil service, micro-filter renewal, and a detailed visual inspection. The alternator and alternator belt have also been recently replaced.

The car was last put through an MOT test on 7 October 2019 at 70,627 miles, which resulted in a first-time pass with no advisories. It is accompanied by two keys, the original book pack and stamped maintenance record, and a raft of old invoices and receipts for prior service work.

This 325i M Sport Coupe has the perennially popular BMW drivetrain combination of a naturally aspirated straight-six and a manual gearbox.
