CONDITION

• No known body damage.
• Thought to be entirely original, the Nero Daytona paintwork is in very good shape given its age, with only a few very small stone chips on the nose and minor surface scratches.
• There is also some bubbling beside the passenger-side headlamp, on the door mirror arms and on one of the doors.
• A significant crack is present on the passenger side of the windscreen, so it will require replacement.
• Inside, the cabin presents well, with minor wear on the driver’s seat’s outer bolster and faint scuffs on the leather-trimmed centre console, while the fluted grey Alcanatara headlining is sagging slightly.
• There are no known electrical or mechanical faults, and there are no warning lights displayed on the dashboard.
• The car’s last MOT test was conducted on 20 May 2021, which resulted in a pass after an issue with the parking brake was rectified. Advisories were issued for an illuminated tyre pressure warning light and slight play in the front lower suspension arm ball joint, but these issues were corrected during the vehicle’s last service.

SERVICE HISTORY

• This 612 Scaglietti’s most recent routine maintenance was carried out in June 2021 at 49,158 miles by Ferrari specialist Bell Sport & Classic. In addition to an oil and filter change, this also included replacement of two of the track rod ends, renewal of the front and left handbrake cables and re-gassing of the air conditioning system.
• Prior to this, the car was serviced in 2020 when the timing belts were changed, the tyres were renewed and some warning lights were investigated, and in 2019 when the exhaust and infotainment system were replaced. The cam belts will not be due for replacement again until 2025.
• The seller notes that one of the tyre pressure sensors used to be somewhat temperamental, but this issue now appears to have been corrected.
