EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES 

• This 612 Scaglietti is finished in the handsome hue of Grigio Silverstone over a red leather-trimmed cabin with matching red carpet, offset by carbon-fibre inlays. 
• It rides on an aftermarket set of 21-inch Forgiato alloy wheels finished in matte metallic grey, framing yellow brake callipers and shod in Accelera tyres. 
• Factory-fitted equipment includes rear parking sensors, electrically adjustable memory front seats, electric windows, electrically adjustable door mirrors, a Bose sound system, and dual-zone climate control. 
• The car also now features aftermarket carbon-fibre door mirror covers, a carbon-fibre fuel filler flap, and carbon-fibre exterior door handles. 
• Other non-standard additions include retrofitted ‘Scuderia’ wing shields, Hamann side skirts, an aftermarket reversing camera linked to a double-DIN Alpine infotainment system, and a front-facing camera. The rear diffuser has also been repainted in the body colour. 
• The car will be supplied with a replacement owner’s manual and leather wallet, plus a 612 Scaglietti workshop manual, and partial service history for the last few years. The stamped service book is not present. 

CONDITION 

• The Grigio Silverstone paintwork is in generally good condition. It was previously wrapped in red vinyl, but this was removed around two years ago. Some areas of the original paint required touching-in after the removal was completed, and there are some minor blemishes in the finish. 
• Inside, the red leather upholstery presents very well overall, though there are some scuffs on the driver’s outer seat bolster and wear on the right-hand side of the steering wheel. There are slightly ‘sticky’ finishes to some of the switchgear, which is a common issue in Ferraris of this era, but the air conditioning and door mirror controls were recently replaced. 
• Furthermore, the black leather on the dashboard has shrunk and is slightly wrinkled on the passenger front airbag cover. 
• Ahead of the driver, the TFT screen displaying the digital temperature gauges, mileage, and fuel level, has a delaminated, however, the screen itself still works. The driver’s-side window is also noted to possess a minor fault. 
• The owner reports the engine is strong, and the clutch still has plenty of life remaining. 
• The car’s last MOT test was conducted on 29 September 2021 at 80,271 km (recorded as miles). This resulted in a second-time pass after a split or insecure offside front drive shaft CV boot was replaced. Advisories were listed for a non-excessive engine oil leak, a non-excessive rear differential oil leak, a coolant leak, and play in both the offside and nearside front steering rack inner joints. 
• A fresh MOT test will need to be carried out before the car can be driven on the road. 

SERVICE HISTORY 

• This 612 Scaglietti’s last scheduled maintenance was performed in August 2020. This comprised renewal of the cam belts and a full service by an independent garage. 
• In 2020, the F1 gearbox was also rebuilt at Ferrari dealer Blackbird Concessionaires, and the water pump was replaced. The seller reports that the car has barely been driven since. 

SUMMARY 

This Ferrari 612 Scaglietti is a stylish modern-era GT car, finished in a lesser-seen factory colour scheme, and reportedly used sparingly since its last major service. While it would benefit from another routine service based on time elapsed and will require an MOT inspection before being driven, it is noted as being a solid example, and should make an exciting yet refined companion for weekend drives, long-distance tours, and more regular use alike.
