CONDITION

• The bodywork of this CSL is in great condition, with no accident damage. There are small surface scuffs under the front carbon-fibre splitters, and a minor indentation under the right sill as shown in the gallery.
• Its Silver Grey metallic paintwork is pristine, as shown in the detailed photo gallery below.
• Other than a small piece of flaked paint on the offside front rim, the wheels are immaculate, retaining their original BMW roundel centre caps and M stickers.
• Inside, the seats are all trimmed in Amaretta synthetic suede with anthracite ‘Reflex’ cloth centre panels. The upholstery remains in superb condition, with no noticeable wear to speak of.
• There are no known electrical faults.
• The most recent MOT test was on 8 March 2021 at 2,656 miles, when it achieved a first-time pass with no advisories. The MOT history indicates it was kept off the road between 2007 and 2014, and then again from late 2016 until early 2021.
• It is still wearing its original Michelin tyres which are date stamped, so it would of course be advisable to swap to a fresh set before any enthusiastic road use.

SERVICE HISTORY

• Its last scheduled maintenance was in March 2021 at BMW Sunningdale. This comprised an Inspection I service, along with renewal of the brake fluid, and completion of the airbag recall work as well as having a fresh MOT test.
• In 2016, the car received an oil service at BMW Sunningdale, which also incorporated an air-conditioning service and fresh brake fluid.
• During the major Inspection II work in 2014, the front and rear brake discs were replaced, as well as the gearbox oil and coolant.
