CONDITION

• The front bumper has been resprayed to correct some general use-related stone chips, but the Diamond Black finish is otherwise believed to be entirely original.
• Overall, the paintwork is in excellent condition, with a few small blemishes including light scratches on the upper edge of the front bumper and additional light scratches around the tailgate handle, commensurate with the car’s mileage.
• All four alloys are immaculate with no scuffs at all, and it has had four new VW wheel centre caps fitted.
• Inside, the cabin presents very well, and while there are some scuffs on the lower section of the driver’s door card and signs of wear on the driver’s seat bolsters, this is in line with the car’s use.
• Though the driver’s seat adjuster is currently missing, the seller has ordered a replacement, which will be included in the sale – or posted to the buyer afterwards if it has not arrived in time for handover.
• There are no known electrical or mechanical faults, and there are no warning lights showing on the dashboard.
• The car’s last MOT test was conducted on 20 August 2021 at 59,494 miles, which resulted in a clean pass.

SERVICE HISTORY

• This R32’s most recent routine maintenance was carried out in August 2021 at 59,506 miles by the technicians at Vertu Volkswagen Huddersfield, who carried out a full visual health check as well as changing the engine oil and oil filter.
• Both front track rods, the oil dipstick, the oil filter and a broken coil spring were replaced in 2013; the nearside rear brake calliper, spark plugs, air filter, pollen filter and brake fluid were renewed in 2012; and the front and rear brake discs and pads were changed in 2010.
