CONDITION

• No known bodywork damage.
• Thought to be completely original, the silver paintwork is in fair order, with small scratches and chips around the car, as well as scrapes on the passenger-side door mirror cover and the rear bumper. There are also minor rust spots on the passenger-side rear wing and the bootlid.
• The exterior trim presents well, however the headlight lenses have become somewhat cloudy with age, and would benefit from straightforward refurbishment.
• Inside, the cabin presents well given the car’s age and mileage, with a few blemishes throughout, including wear to the steering wheel rim, minor scratches on the plastic trim and cuts in the rear seats’ fabric, which the buyer may wish to have repaired in due course.
• The seller notes that the boot release cable has stretched so it does not open with the cabin lever, but it can still be opened using the key externally.
• There are no other known mechanical or electrical faults.
• The car’s last MOT test was conducted on 22 January 2021, which it passed after an issue with the SRS system was tended to. While there was an advisory note stating that there was a nail in the offside rear tyre, this has since been removed.

SERVICE HISTORY

• This Impreza’s most recent routine maintenance was carried out in October 2020 at 85,148 miles by Vehicle Body Repair Centre (VBRC), Swindon, who replaced the front brake pads and offside front brake calliper.
• Prior to this, VBRC carried out an oil and filter service in January 2020 at 84,980 miles, which also included replacement of the air filter, fuel filter, pollen filter, spark plugs and rear brake pads.
• The seller notes that the car’s cam belt was replaced approximately 3,000 miles ago.
