2001 RANGE ROVER 4.6 VOGUE (P38)

This 2001 Range Rover Vogue is a superb example of the second-generation luxury 4x4, presented with remarkably low mileage and a sleek Blenheim Silver finish. Under the bonnet sits a 4.6-litre V8 engine producing 215bhp, coupled to a four-speed automatic transmission. The odometer currently indicates just 14,024 miles from new.

First registered in March 2001, this Range Rover was supplied new to Jersey, where it remained with its first owner until November 2019, at which point it had covered just 13,400 miles. It was subsequently exported to the UK, where it was re-registered in February 2020.

To the best of the vendor’s knowledge, the car’s bodywork has never sustained any damage, and presents with smooth panels and even shut lines. The condition of the Blenheim Silver paintwork is described by the vendor as excellent, and the black plastic trims show only minor age-related fading in places. The headlight lenses remain free of clouding or stone chips and come with the original fully functioning headlight wipers. The vehicle rides on 18-inch five-arm twin-spoke alloy wheels, which are in great shape with no kerbing damage.

Moving inside, the Charcoal Grey Connolly leather presents in superb condition, with only some slight wear noticeable on the driver’s seat base cushion. The door cards feature dashes of walnut trim, which continue through the steering wheel and centre console, presenting with minimal wear. The cabin comes equipped with heated seats, air-conditioning and satellite navigation, all of which is reported to work as it should. The vendor notes the sunroof has recently undergone a repair and is also now fully functional, while no warning lights are present on the dashboard.

The last full service was undertaken in June 2015 at 11,352 miles; however, the fluids and the brake pads have all been renewed within the last month.

Its first UK MOT test was on 17 August 2020 at 13,535 miles, which resulted in a clean pass with no advisories. The wheels are wrapped in Nankang tyres in the correct fitment 255/55 R18, which are date-coded to 2019.

The vendor reports the owner’s handbook and service book are present, as well as navigation and entertainment user guides.

This Range Rover Vogue is a very low-mileage example that has evidently been well-cared for and dry-stored to keep it in excellent condition. Fitted with the desirable V8 engine and with its sumptuous Connolly hide still looking superb, this would be a credit to any collection of modern classics, and is ready to drive and enjoy – on or off road.
