2000 MITSUBISHI EVO VI RS SPRINT

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

• This RS Sprint comes finished in Scotia White, with black door handles and wing mirrors.
• Its inline-four engine has been tuned by Ralliart, now featuring a titanium turbocharger, a modified ECU, ARP Racing conrod bolts, a HKS exhaust system and HKS air filters.
• Designed with the rally stage in mind, the car also features shorter gear ratios and a a quicker steering rack, while the climate control system, electric windows, electric door mirrors, central locking, rear wiper and fog lamps have been omitted to save weight.
• This example comes with the optional OZ Racing ‘GSR’ wheels and a twin-plate clutch.
• The cabin is home to a pair of lightweight Recaro bucket seats, a three-spoke Momo steering wheel and a Ralliart plaque on the lower dashboard, which indicates that this is vehicle number one.
• An aftermarket Kenwood stereo has been installed.
• Its original owner’s manuals, spare key and bill of sale will be included, along with correspondence to the original customer, eight MOT certificates and a raft of maintenance invoices.

CONDITION

• There is no known bodywork damage.
• The Scotia White paintwork is in excellent condition, with hardly any noticeable marks, and possibly only a few very small stone chips to the front end.
• Inside, the Recaro seats have just some light signs of use on their bolsters, but there is no substantial wear to the interior trim items.
• The speedometer has stopped working very recently, but there are no other known electrical or mechanical faults.
• The car’s last MOT test was conducted on 29 September 2021 at 38,537 miles, resulting in a first-time pass with no warnings or advisories.
• The underside is described by the seller as “better than factory new”, per the photos and videos below.

SERVICE HISTORY

• This Evo’s most recent service was carried out in October 2019 at 38,400 miles, when technicians at CPP Motorsport replaced the oils and cambelt, before balancing the shaft belt.
