CONDITION

• No evidence of prior bodywork damage or corrosion.
• Believed to have been previously resprayed, the Arctic Silver paintwork is described by the vendor as being in excellent condition, with some very minor blemishes on the front bumper and a small bubble at the bottom of the passenger-side front wing.
• Inside, the seats are trimmed in their original black and grey Nappa leather upholstery and are very smart, with some general creasing on their bolsters in line with the car’s age and mileage. Elsewhere, the interior trim presents very well.
• There are no known electrical or mechanical faults.
• This unique modern classic’s last MOT test was conducted on 26 March 2021 at 58,446 miles, resulting in a first-time pass with one advisory for wear to the front brake discs.

SERVICE HISTORY

• This M Coupe’s most recent routine maintenance was carried out at 58,484 miles by Silk Mead Cars. A full service, this included an engine oil and filter change, fresh brake fluid, the important subframe inspection, and detailing of the car’s underside. It has not covered any mileage since this service was completed.
• A set of new Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres have recently been fitted, the rear coil springs have been replaced, and the seat bushings have been changed.

SUMMARY

This BMW Z3 M Coupe is an excellent example of the marque’s esoteric millennium-era performance car. As an early model, it features the high-revving S50 straight-six and does without most electronic driver aids; and will surely delight its next owner with its addictive, analogue character at every opportunity.
