This 1996 Toyota Supra Mk4 Twin Turbo is a very well-preserved example of the Japanese performance car, which remains in original and unmodified condition and with a solid maintenance history. Under the bonnet sits the twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre ‘2JZ-GTE’ straight-six, producing 326bhp and 325lb-ft of torque, coupled with the four-speed automatic transmission. The odometer currently indicates 19,988 miles from new.

An original UK-market car, first registered in September 1995, this Supra has been in the hands of its current keeper for around a year, and has just two previous keepers on the V5C.

The iconic bodywork of this Supra is all in superb shape, and the condition of its red paintwork has been described as excellent. It is believed to be entirely original and presents with no notable stone chips or scuffs, as you would hope given such low mileage. The distinctive bonnet scoop, grille, and rear wing all present as they should. The car rides on a set of 17-inch wheels, with just one or two very small surface blemishes.

Inside, the cream leather upholstery is in excellent condition, with just some age-related creasing to the bolsters. The cream carpets are in good shape, while the door cards are free of any notable marks and the steering wheel features a handsome patina. The original stereo appears to be in place, and all of the electrics are believed to work as they should.

The last routine maintenance was undertaken in February 2016 at 18,818 miles, where technicians at MTR Automotive Solutions carried out a routine service. Prior to this, similar maintenance was undertaken in November 2013 at 18,263 miles, again at MTR Automotive Solutions, and in November 2010 at 17,554 miles at A&M Performance Cars.

The most recent MOT test was on 7 December 2020 at 19,811 miles, which resulted in a clean pass with no advisories or defects. The Michelin tyres are reported to be in good condition, with plenty of tread remaining.

Accompanying the vehicle are the stamped service book, every old MOT certificate, and a selection of maintenance invoices.

This Toyota Supra Twin Turbo is a very smart example of the breed, which has been well-preserved and driven sparingly throughout its life to date.
