1995 PORSCHE 911 (993) TURBO

This 993-generation Porsche 911 Turbo is a great example of the marque’s final air-cooled and turbocharged model, presented with low mileage and excellent service history. Boasting a 3.6-litre twin-turbocharged flat-six and six-speed manual gearbox to channel its power through a four-wheel drive system, this smart nineties supercar has travelled only 52,074 miles from new.

An original UK-market car, this Turbo was first registered on 6 June 1995. There are six previous registered keepers on the log book, and it has evidently been well cared-for throughout its life. The seller has owned the car for nearly two years.

Specified from the factory in Polar Silver Metallic, this 911 is believed to retain its original paintwork, which is in good order. There are minor stone chips on the bonnet and a small paint bubble under the windscreen scuttle beside the driver’s door mirror, but overall the finish is bright and smooth all around the car.

The Turbo-specific 18in alloy wheels are in fantastic condition with no kerbing or deterioration of the ‘Turbo’-scripted centre caps. The broad rear wings are fitted with paint protection film, which displays only minor discolouration with age. In the photos, its passenger side indicator appears slightly loose, but this has since been replaced. The exhaust tips, window rubbers, front and rear lights, and badging are all in good order, as is the paintwork on the factory-fitted, upgraded Turbo S spoiler.

Upon entry to the cabin, the exuberant red leather and carpeting is seen to be in fantastic condition. There is a minor patch of discoloured leather atop the instrument binnacle, and some wear to the driver’s seat and gear knob, but otherwise the upholstery appears to be in very good order – commensurate with the low mileage. It is equipped with factory-fit hard shell sport seats.

The most recent service was carried out on 6 November 2018 by Porsche Centre Brooklands. This was a major service, including replacement of the engine oil and oil filter, brake fluid, suspension bushes and ball joints.

The most recent, advisory-free MOT was undertaken on 17 December 2019 at 51,136 miles. Testament to this car’s exceptional mechanical condition, this 993 has never failed the yearly test since digital records began in 2006. The wheels are shod in Bridgestone Potenza S-02A tyres in 225/40/ZR18 front and 285/30/ZR18 staggered sizing at the rear, with ample tread depth remaining.

This 993 is accompanied by the original handbook, detailed service record, original spare wheel, jack and tools. A rare OEM tyre compressor will also be included, alongside a CD changer, which the vendor notes is not currently connected up.
