• The uncluttered interior is unmodified and complete, down to its original Peugeot-Clarion radio-cassette player.
• The car is accompanied by a number of invoices detailing its maintenance history.

CONDITION

• There is no known bodywork damage.
• The paintwork is described by the seller as being in excellent overall condition, having been resprayed approximately six months ago. A new sticker set was applied at the same time.
• Furthermore, the exterior trim is in good shape, though there is some delamination to the driver’s door mirror glass, and some minor scuffing to the plastic front and rear bumper trims
• The wheels are in good order and have recently been powder-coated.
• The black cloth-trimmed interior has been re-trimmed and presents well, however there is a small hole in the driver’s seat backrest and a broken side support, as well as a stain on the rear bench. Some cracking is also present in the dashboard.
• The heater blowers do not currently work, but there are no other known faults, and no warning lights on the dashboard.
• The most recent MOT test was on 28 July 2021 at 109,127 miles, when the car registered a clean first-time pass.

SERVICE HISTORY

• This 205 Rallye’s most recent maintenance was carried out by Carvell Auto Repairs, who performed a full service.
• The cam belt is understood to have been replaced in September 2019 at 107,911 miles.

SUMMARY

Combining a taut and lightweight chassis with a responsive four-cylinder engine, the 205 Rallye was one of the first featherweight performance specials.
