• Finished in rare Berlina Black, this NSX has a black leather interior and is a non-PAS model. It is equipped with the sought-after five-speed manual transmission.
• While it is currently fitted with BBS LM wheels and a carbon bonnet, the original components are included in the sale, so it can be returned to complete ‘stock’ specification if desired.
• Factory equipment includes electrically adjustable seats, electric windows, cruise control, air-conditioning, and the original Honda radio cassette player.
• Accompanying the car is the original Honda book pack. The factory-supplied tools and jacking kit are also present, along with the spare-saver spare wheel.

CONDITION

• Just before it was acquired by the vendor, it was marketed by a leading specialist as “simply indistinguishable from new”. Having covered only around 1,000 km since then, the car remains in fantastic condition.
• No bodywork damage, and the underside is superb and rust-free.
• The paintwork is reported to be in excellent condition, as you would expect from an original car with such low mileage.
• Its interior trim is in great shape, with no damage or wear to the black leather.
• The Bose stereo is not working, which is a common fault, but there are no other known electrical issues.
• The most recent MOT test on record was on 17 August 2019 at 7,568 km, which resulted in a clean pass with no advisories or defects. It is booked in for another test on 8 June, so will be updated during the auction.

SERVICE HISTORY

• Last serviced in June 2021 by Japanese performance car specialist Zealou5, this comprised a standard oil service and full check-over.
• It was also serviced in 2019 and 2017, with both visits at Cameron Sports Cars.
• There is no Japanese service history prior to arriving in the UK in 2015, as it is understood that the owner of the substantial collection had their own in-house mechanic.

SUMMARY

This Honda NSX is a remarkable example of the breed. When the vendor acquired the car, it was described as being “simply the best NSX available worldwide”. Having owned and enjoyed the car for six years, it is now offered to another enthusiast or collector. The car remains in excellent condition throughout, commensurate with its exceptionally low indicated mileage, and is bound to delight its next owner whenever they get behind the wheel.
